Personally, I despise alcohol an moreover people who take the wheel after having a few drinks thinking they are okay to drive. I don’t understand the reasoning behind drunk people insisting to drive an its quite common you know. Heck, in my own friend circle I can count a few individuals who do the misdeed an I have often chastised them to the point where they now appoint a designated driver whenever they are out for drinks. Three women died in this horrific collision when a drunk driver driving at almost 200 km/h t-boned this van thus shearing the van in two pieces. The sad footnote to this tragic story: one of the women who died was about to beat cancer after yearslong battle only to have her life cut short by a drunk driver.

So if you know anyone who drinks an drive, please do the world a favor an discourage them from driving while under the influence of alcohol.

CORTLAND, N.Y. – Deputies say an upstate New York man has been charged with evidence tampering after he was busted for growing marijuana — and then tried to eat the evidence.

Jeremy Wheeler and his father, William Wheeler, were arrested Sunday night after deputies say they found 116 plants growing in the son’s home in Willet. Deputies say Jeremy Wheeler tried to eat some of the plants while being booked.

The 29-year-old Wheeler was also charged with resisting arrest. His 51-year-old father was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing the drug.

Both were released on tickets to appear in court at a later date. Deputies didn’t know whether the men had lawyers.
