A man plans to file a human-rights complaint against an amusement park after security guards told him to cover up his Bob Marley T-shirt or leave the premises. But Montreal’s La Ronde insists it didn’t have a problem with the shirt’s portrait of the late reggae legend — just the cluster of green, marijuana-shaped leaves that surround it. He says security staff singled him out because they associated a black man wearing a Marley shirt with something criminal.

“The onus is on Six Flags to explain to me, the Marley family, fans of Bob Marley around the world, how this T-shirt is deemed ‘inappropriate’ to ordinary families,” Moise said in a statement. But a spokesman for La Ronde indicates that only the pictures of pot leaves on the shirt were considered offensive under the Six Flags’ corporate-wide dress code. “It’s not the image of Bob Marley that’s in question here,” Martin Roy said Wednesday. “It’s the dozens of marijuana leaves on the shirt that were judged by the employees as not family friendly.”

Someone told me the other day that they dont get the concept of working for 40 years of your life so you can save money to enjoy retirement that only last for a few years anyways… (15 if you’re lucky) Me personally, I hate the concept of “working for the man” (like fello blogger Papa Roach puts it) It just dosnt make sense. Everyone today has an idea that can make them rich. What stops them is ‘DRIVE’. Alot of people that I’ve met are either too lazy or too stressed out with life to even dabble with the concept of starting out on their own. I think starting a business is kinda like marriage. You ned to say your ‘I Do’s’ and stick with it though the good times and bad, the sickness and health. Because let’s face it, after we cross 65ish, there is more sickness than good health. And working for the man before is not gonna leave you in the best shape to survive retirement. Unless you’re like granny below who has some good grand-kids that feeds them the good stuff. I think that would make retirement slower and take care of all aches and pains. Just my 2 cents for this boring Monday.

Let’s be honest here, tuesday isn’t exactly the most popular day among the 7. For some reason, people hate tuesday more than any other day. On monday, push comes to shove; everyone makes it to work and talks about the weekend and how it was too short and how they got a long day ahead of them… most come to grips with this and continue working… When it comes to tuesday – people look ahead in the week and the it’s no suprise that the first letter from next 3 days in succession spell out WTF! Tuesdays are just plain boring. There is nothing new to talk about, the work is the same, the only deal is some cheap greasy KFC two dollar friend nasty tasty chicken piece, everyone is so sick of their job that they cant wait for Wednesday to scream out in unison – YAY! IT’S HUMP DAY, on thursday everyone goes – “fuck yea, one more day till the weekend” and on Friday - most dont even show up to work cause what people told them on thursday about the weekend got them all confused. So since tuesday is officially the worst day of the week, lets make it a little less horrid but smoking up, getting high and laughing a bit.
